The Velosah single-handle hot water dispenser kit features a spring piston handle assembly with auto-off lever, an instant hot water dispenser type, and a 9-1/4 inch overall height with a 4-1/2 inch gooseneck spout projection. The faucet is made of solid brass and comes with 1/4 inch copper tubing and a Santoprene hose outlet to the tank. Remember that the quick heating water tank (QHT-1FPV) is sold separately and cannot be modified for cold water usage. If using a water filter, be sure to install it between the water supply and the heating tank, and avoid using plumber's putty for installation - use silicone seal instead. Please be aware that the faucet does not work with In-Sink-Erator products.
